Hi, I'm Kelly. I own Incredible Inflatables, llc. My husband and I along with our kids work for my business. I provide the brains and my husband and kids supply the muscle and product testing. When you call, you will probably talk to me unless I am dealing with kid stuff, then my husband will answer.

We are an inflatable rental company that is licensed and Insured in Virginia and West Virginia. Our office is located in Middletown, Virginia. We dispatch our trucks out of our Stephens City, Virginia warehouse.

We serve just about anywhere in the Northern Shenendoah Valley. Our normal delivery area is most of Frederick County, Middletown, Stephens City, Winchester, Front Royal, and Strasburg. Other areas are also served for a small delivery fee.

Here at Incredible Inflatables, customer service is very important to us. We strive to deliver our units on time, every time. I return every phone call and email. Our company policy is to always do the right thing. I know word of mouth is my best advertising and I want you to tell your friends about us.

I know how it is to hire someone to do a job and them not to deliver what they promise. My company will not be that guy. I have almost 1000 local satisfied customers to attest to my integrity.

Incredible Inflatables is my way of staying home with my kids while helping with the bills, and it is one of my passions. I always deliver what I promise. Integrity is the most important thing in life. I run my business like I run my life and want to example that value to my kids.

All of our bounce houses and combos are covered for weather protection from the sun and light rain. We will take the time to make sure you are properly informed on how to operate the units and how to have a safe, fun event.

Saftey is our first priority when we set our rentals up. Our inflatables are crafted from heavy duty commercial vinyl with double and triple stitching. The windows have nylon, reinforced netting, and they are quite large to allow for greater visibility and air circulation.
