  1. Call us at 540-868-9999 or fill out the reservation form to see what is available for your party day. We will email or call you back. We return every email and call.

  1. Once the order is placed, we will email you the rental contract, Safety/Operating proceedures, and Emergency proceedures.

  1. Print the contract out and Mail the signed first page of the contract and a $25 deposit to us:

When we receive your deposit and signed contract, we will guarantee that unit will be yours for the day and send out your free party invitations if you requested them.

  1. We want to be fair to everyone, so it is first come, first serve on reserving our inflatables.

  1. A day before your party, we will make up the delivery schedule according to party times and location. We will then call to make sure our time will work with your schedule and adjust it accordingly.

  1. Usually, we pick up the units in the same order that they were delivered, unless you specify a pick up time.

  1. That’s it. We do all the work. Set up and tear down is included in our low price.

  1. Mistakes can be made, and the mail can get lost. If by chance you are one of the lucky ones that this happens to, we would like to catch it before it becomes a problem. If you don't get a call the night before delivery, please call us at 868-9999.
